There are two ways to receive shipping:
1) Qualifying Items on purchases of $49.99 or more (Exceptions may apply).
When spending 49.99 or more, free shipping will occur automatically and will be displayed in the order total at checkout.
2) Free Shipping on Select Products (Exceptions may apply).
Simply look for "FREE SHIPPING" on the order page to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store . If the items in your order qualify for "Free Shipping, your order ships FREE! Please note that NOT all items qualify for free shipping.
Discounts & Promotions
Taking advantage of store discounts and promotions will help offset shipping costs. On occasion, we will either discount products or provide coupon codes. Sale items are limited and will last up to 30 days. We highly encourage taking advantage of these promotions to help offset your shipping costs.
Shipping Methods
Standard U.S Shipping Methods
Items that ship from our shop, typically use the following shipping methods: USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days regular mail), USPS Ground Advantage (2-3 days with Tracking), or USPS Priority mail (2-3 days). Due to added cost, we typically do not insure packages. Packages sent via USPS Priority Mail is automatically insured. By special request, we can accommodate other shipping methods, although additional shipping cost may be requested by the seller prior to shipping the item(s).
Please note that personalized items such as standard pet ID tags that fit flat in an envelope and comply with USPS policy will ship USPS First Class Mail. There is no tracking available for these shipments. Shipping this method allows us to pass on the savings to our customers in lower prices. Delivery typically takes 2-5 days. If by chance you do not receive your item, we will remake it and send it again. Please allow 10 days from the original shipping date before we take action to remake your item. If an item was undeliverable, it typically takes 10 days before it gets returned to our shop. If this occurs, we may reach out to you to confirm your address.
Note: Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time, which typically takes 3-7 days.
Exclusions: If there is an error in our shipping prices or additional charges above and beyond standard shipping cost for any item(s) ordered, we reserve the right to either collect the additional shipping cost or cancel your order. This includes free shipping items. In the event that this occurs, we will contact you for the additional shipping charges. This policy also applies to Alaska, Hawaii, and District of Columbia.
International Shipping
Items purchased directly from our shop that ship internationally, go through US Postal Service. We will use the best rate to ship items. Customers will pay label cost for shipping. Customers are responsible for taxes, fees, and tariffs accordance with any and all applicable.

Third Party Direct Shipping:
United States (may exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and District of Columbia)
Items that ship from the manufacturer or wholesale distributors use different methods to charge shipping cost and may also include a drop shipping fee. We do our best to absorb this the additional fee in the item(s) price and/or shipping and handling.
Our vendors may use Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS as their shipping methods. Due to constraints and limitations of software to configure the shipping cost, we may elect to use either fixed pricing or will use USPS calculated cost to determine shipping charges even if it ships a different method. If we receive a tracking number from our suppliers, we will pass it on to customers.
Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours of placement. If the order has products that need to be manufactured or back ordered, lead times can be up to 2 weeks until shipment. Some items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer or by a third party. If this occurs, customers may receive separate shipments of your order.
Additional Fixed handling charge: Certain items that are heavy or odd size packages may have higher shipping cost. For items that require a freight carrier (FOB), we will provide a quotation for freight cost. Customer assumes all responsibility, once shipped from the distributor's dock, including carrier insurance and fright cost.
Sales Tax and fees: Retail customers are responsible to pay applicable state, and local sales tax to authorities in accordance with any and all applicable laws. As a convenience to our customers, Pet Tags Pro" collects and remits the appropriate sales tax to the state and local authorities of California. Buyers are responsible for paying tax in other national and international locations.
Shipping Exclusions The size and/or weight of some items or regulations may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. If an item cannot ship to your destination, you will be notified. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses may be limited to processing. Certain items we currently do not ship overseas or to U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or District of Columbia. You may be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method or we may contact you if we cannot ship an item in which we will provide a full refund.
How do I return an item?
At "Pet Tags Pro" we stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will make it right by offering you a solution that meets your needs, within the terms of our Return Policy and abiding by our Third Party Distributors' Policies.
If any item is received damaged, defective or is the wrong item, you must contact "Pet Tags Pro" within 5 business days to return your item(s). On most of our products that ship from our shop, we have a return policy for any reason, i.e., wrong size, wrong color, don't like it, etc. Unfortunately, most third party distributors, DO NOT accept returns for any reason, i.e., wrong size, wrong color, don't like it, etc. Third party suppliers will only accept items that are damaged or defective. In the event of this, we will list the policy in the item description.
If you need to return an item, please contact "Pet Tags Pro" within 5 business days. Returns will either require us to send you a shipping return label and/or RMA number. Please do not return items without contacting us first or we will deny receiving it and it will be returned back to you at your cost.
We want you to know that "Pet Tags Pro" will do our very best to resolve any return requests. We ask in advance for your patience in resolving these matters. With this in mind, "Pet Tags Pro" is a dealer of multiple wholesale distributors that ship directly to our customers from multiple warehouse locations; therefore, from a single order that you place for multiple items, your merchandise may be shipped from different locations, shipped at different times, and may be packed separately by our vendors and their affiliates. Each wholesale distributor may have different return policies for different products depending on which distributor your merchandise was shipped from. Each of our distributors has there own policies and "Pet Tags Pro" must abide by them.
We ask that if for any reason you feel that you need to return an item, please contact our customer service immediately for more information on returning an item and we will do our very best to resolve the matter. Our decision will be on a case by case basis following the policies outlined. We will be flexible with these guidelines if it makes sense, as we value our customers and ultimately want you to walk away 100% satisfied with our effort.
